Jean Miriam Walker Thorsen, 82, of North Palm Beach, FL and Xenia, OH passed peacefully, Friday September 13, 2024. Jean was born May 30, 1942 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the late James M. and Jennie A. (McLean) Walker. She lived the last 47 years of her life in South Florida.
Jean was a loving wife and mother to three sons, Steve N. (Colleen) Thorsen, Keith R. Thorsen, Todd E. (Dawn) Thorsen; and five grandchildren, Brianna, Nicole, Marissa, Grace, and Michaelia Kelly. She is further survived by her brother James F. (Diane) Walker, nephew James T. Walker, niece Shannon L. Martin, and many great nieces and nephews.
Throughout her life, Jean loved people greatly, expending her energies in raising her children, caring for others, helping the poor and unfortunate, and displaying the lovingkindness of her Savior, Jesus Christ, to all fortunate to meet her.
