Janice A. Heiser, age 86 of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Lincoln Park Manor. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Frieda Heiser, and two sisters. She is survived by her dear friends Mary, Sister Rose, Maria, Tom, and Joan. She was a 1948 graduate of Roosevelt High School and active in sports. She was an excellent bowler, golfer and softball player. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at The Church of the Ascension, 2025 Woodman Dr. Dayton, OH 45420 on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 11 AM with Fr. Ed Pratt, Celebrant. Friends may call at the church from 10 AM until the time of the Mass on Wednesday morning. Interment will be in Dayton Memorial Park Cemetery.
