James R Ryan

Ryan, James R., 82, of Riverside, passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at his residence. He is preceded in death by his wife Marjorie, his son John Ryan and sisters Pauline Fay and Joyce Brannon. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Debra and Lawrence Jenkins of Riverside; son and daughter-in-law James R. (Jr.) and Laurie Ryan of TN; sisters Ann Douglas of Chicago, Mary Margaret Ryan of Maysville, KY; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a member of the Milton Club, former member of the University of Kentucky Booster Club, former member of Knights of Colimbus and was a proud Kentucky Colonel. Following his retirement from the US Air Force in 1991, he worked at DESC. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 AM Friday, December 28, 2012 at St. Helen Catholic Church. Interment Dayton National Cemetery. Friends may call at the Tobias Funeral Home-Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. at Grange Hall Rd. from 6-8 PM Thursday, December 27, 2012.
