FISHER, James Paul, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 30, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents Paul and Florence(Sander)Fisher. He was born September 10, 1946 and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Dayton in 1981. Jim was caring, loving, big hearted and had a great sense of wit. He is survived by his wife Barbara(Busch)Fisher, his son Jeff, and his daughter Jen(Fisher)Riley and his son-in-law Ryan Riley. Funeral service will be held 7:00PM Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Far Hills Chapel. Family will receive friends from 5:00PM to time of service; Rev. Don Payne officiating.
