James "Jim" V. Blosser

James Vernon Blosser passed away the morning of December 9th, 2021 at Kettering Hospital. He leaves behind a loving wife, 4 children, 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Jim lived in Centerville but grew up in New Lebanon, Ohio. He worked as a remodeling contractor all of his life, even into his 80's. He loved building, fixing things and “piddling” in the garage. Also loved westerns and watching construction videos. He enjoyed working in the garage.

His family includes, Lana, his wife and side-kick of 55 years. Children; Kym (Dave) Mehaffie, Todd (Lori) Blosser, and Jami (Debbie) Blosser. Grandchildren; Zack (Angie) Mehaffie, Ryan (Kari) Mehaffie, Noah (Emily) Mehaffie, Mollie (Tyler) Back, Libby (Nick) Miller, Caleb (Megan) Mehaffie, Sebastian Blosser, Mallory (Glen) Frazier, Maria Halliburton, Keegan Blosser & Parker Blosser. Siblings; Mary Falldorf & Tom (Alice) Blosser.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Vernon & Josephine, daughter Melissa, 6 siblings; Dennis, Dean, Norma, Jerry, Gene, Joann and many dear friends.

The celebration of his life will start at Tobias Funeral Home - Far Hills Chapel, 5471 Far Hills Ave. Kettering, Ohio 45429, December 16th with visitation from 11-1 and memorial service starting at 1pm.
