McNeely, Iona “Onie”, age 82 of Lakeview, Ohio (formerly of Dayton) passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024. She was preceded in death by her son Michael McNeely, and parents Robert and Mary Meyers. Onie is survived by her husband of 63 years Ronald Wayne McNeely; son, Robert Scott (Susan) McNeely; grandchildren, Nick (Angie), Zack (Ondrea), Alissa, and Tyler McNeely. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and numerous family and friends. Onie married her high school sweetheart, Wayne in 1961. She loved to fish and play the slots. She most enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. One of her greatest joys was to take care of the ones she loved. Funeral services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the Tobias Funeral Home – Beavercreek Chapel with interment to follow at Bellbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, November 22 from 5 pm – 8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
