Age 88, passed away February 12, 2017. Harold is survived by his wife Jeanne, his two sons Thomas and Steven, grandchildren William and Katherine, brother Eddie Bowens, sisters Geraldine Miller, Delores Miles and Loretta Payton.Harold worked for the C&O Railroad (CSX) as did his father and grandfather. He retired as a Trainmaster following a career that spanned forty plus years. He served in the US Marine Corps, and graduated cum laude from West Virginia State University. The family will receive friends at Tobias Funeral Home – Far Hills Chapel 5471 Far Hills Ave at Rahn Rd. Thursday February 16, 2017. Visitation will be held at 10 am with a service to follow at 11 am. Burial will be at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Teays Valley, WV on Friday.
