Greg was a special man and friend since high school.  I enjoyed our time together at a class reunion both Class of 65 and 66.  Greg passed a few days before my husband last year.  He is missed.

I find it hard to believe it has been a year since Greg passed.  His friendship and kindness will long be remembered.  Larry and I are thankful to have had him as a friend in high school which continued throughout the years.  May he continue to Rest In Peace and may all who loved him be comforted in that he was a good man who loved them too.

Having know Gregg since, maybe the summer before 6th grade (or there about) , it reminds one we were young once ..... and participated in some really stupid activities. Yet, we live through them, became adults (some may question that), matured, and occasionally still did stupid stuff. Although our contact was much less frequent since our maturity (?) some things remembered are (to badly paraphrase from a song, as Greg enjoyed music):
He was always quick with a joke
And a light of “his” smoke (which he swore he’d quit a 1,000 times)

Then there’s also a shot of Jamison for special occasions and a  martini (maybe more than 1) for any occasion . 
However, most important to him was his children and the enjoyment they gave him.

I’ll never forget Greg’s compliment of the Responsorial Psalm we sing to enhance the liturgy at St. Augustine. As I thanked him, he stopped me abruptly and said with all seriousness, “NO!  I mean it,  it’s different!” Greg gave so much of his time to the church. He taught prisoners to read. I know his family and fiancée will miss him dearly. Well done good and faithful servant, may he rest in peace.

Greg and I worked at Standard Register for our first jobs out of High School. We had some great times bickering over which of our brand new cars was the best and the fastest. He had a Chevrolet and I had a Plymouth. We never raced for real but in our minds it was a battle to the finish line. We also went to high school together.

Greg was a special person with a unique sense of humor that always made me laugh. I will always cherish the memories at Wright State, the times with Sig Tau then and more recently, and his Facebook posts that always hit home being serious or funny. God Bless you Greg.

I will miss Greg; and send my condolences to Greg's family.

In the past couple of years, I was fortunate to get got to know Greg better.  My wife Kim and I also attend St. Augustine and I will miss talking to him before or after Church.

A few months ago, Greg tuned a guitar I bought for my grandkids.  We also listened to some music on his awesome audio system.  We also talked "cars" quite a bit and were going to make it to a few "car shows" this spring.

I am also a Knight with Greg.  He will be missed, and I am so sorry to hear he has passed.

Never forget Sig Tau fraternity brother Greg!  So sad to see him gong!  Still meet him many times after college.

I’m so sorry for the passing of your Dad, i remember back in 1993 he had just bought a new red Corvette and drove to our office in Ashland Ky, and he let me drive it and i ran through all 6 gears in it and i will never forget that smile that day. He was a great man.

May I offer our sincere condolences to Greg’s family and all who loved him.  Greg was a fellow classmate of my husband, Larry (MHS Class of ‘65) and myself (Class of ‘66).  Greg was so caring and thoughtful. In 2020, he learned that Larry was in the hospital and came and spent the afternoon with us and shared that he knew what it was like to be in a hospital.  We had a great time at the Class of ‘65 Reunion in May where he also took the class photo.  He graciously accepted my request to take the class photo for my class in September.  I am so glad we had the opportunity to catch up with each other and share stories about our families, his music, education and his car collection.  May our friend (your loved one) rest in peace.

Greg was much loved by your brothers from the Knights of Columbus in the Fr Joseph Lutmer Council #17092 in Waynesville OH. The Council will pray for you and your family. An extra rosary will be said every day this week.  As a charter member of our council, you will be missed much by your brothers.  We have asked Mary, the Queen of Knights, to pray for you.

Your dad and I taught CCD together at Saint Augustine. We also worked the Sauerkraut together. He was the nicest gentleman. I am so sorry for your loss.
