Gloria Jean Forrester, age 78, of Xenia, Ohio passed away on Friday, September 23rd, 2022 at Soin Medical Center. Gloria was born on February 14th, 1944. Gloria’s parents were the late Samuel and Evelyn young and leaves behind her husband of 53 years, Edward Forrester. Preceding her in death are Gloria’s sisters Shirley Shaffer, and Linda Payton; additionally, one brother Monty Young. Gloria is survived by her sons Russell Hobbs (Barb), and Gary Hobbs; her daughter Angela Besserman (Ben); her two sister-in-laws Melissa Jimenez and Betty Young; her grandchildren Ashley Hobbs, Courtney Hobbs, Jaclyn Hobbs, Brittany Hobbs, Alexa Besserman, Harper Besserman, eight great-grandchildren and numerous other family and friends. Gloria was a graduate of Wright State University and retired from Wright Patterson AFB. A visitation for Gloria will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 8:00 PM. Gloria will be missed dearly by all of her loved ones.
