FETTERS, Gerald "Jerry" Allen, 73 of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away November 5, 2018, at home. He served in the US Air Force. Son of Floyd F. "Smoke" Fetters and Marjorie (Dels) Fetters. Jerry is preceded in death by his brothers; Ray, Don, Ralph, Tex, Cecil, Chet and Sisters; Betty, Doris, Evelyn, and Bert. He is survived by special friends Jack (Ashley) Bliss, Dave and Shawn Seifring and Nancy and Floyd. As well as, numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Monday November 26, at 10 A.M., at Tobias Funeral Home - Belmont Chapel - 648 Watervliet Ave., Dayton, OH 45420.
