ELIZABETH KRAUS, age 92 of Dayton, passed away on Friday July 14, 2023. She was born in Yugoslavia on January 6, 1931 to the late Stefan and Magdalena (Wascher) Maerzluft. She was married for over 62 years to Joseph Kraus until his death on September 22, 2012.
She is survived by her sons Helmut and Janice Kraus and Bernhard and Rebecca Kraus, her 4 grandchildren Benjamin, Katherine, Jennifer and Joseph and her great grandchildren Ava, Lukas, Harper and Soren.
Elizabeth loved gardening, especially her flower garden. She worked with her husband as the Business Manager for the Rental Properties that they owned and managed.
Elizabeth will be laid to rest next to her husband at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
