Edna Gaynelle Baker

E. Gaynelle Baker, age 83 of Beavercreek, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Village at the Greene with her son by her side. She was born on November 26, 1935 in Norton, Virginia.

She was the daughter of Willie L. and Mollie V. (Dunham) Wilson. Gaynelle married Billie Ray Baker on August 3, 1957.

Gaynelle loved to ride the 4-wheeler with her nephew, Gary. She was very devoted to her church, Bethel Christian Assembly, and read and studied the Bible daily. She loved God and her family dearly and will be greatly missed by all.

Gaynelle is survived by her son, Stephen R. (Sheila) Baker; one granddaughter, Mollie L. Baker; two brothers, Roy (Jeanie) Wilson, and Ron (Deborah) Wilson; two sisters, Ruby (Glenn) Younce; Shirley Gregg and numerous family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billie Ray Baker, a daughter, Meta R. Baker, brothers, Paul C. Wilson, Willie Wilson, Jr.; and parents, Willie L. and Mollie V. Wilson.

Family will receive friends 5:00PM to 8:00PM Monday, May 6, 2019 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Beavercreek Chapel; where service will be held 11:00AM Tuesday, with Daniel Brown, Barbara Robertson, and Glenn Younce officiating. Burial will follow at the Valley View Memorial Gardens.
