Dorothy Jean “Dottie” Hollingsworth, age 86 of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday November 29, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hollingsworth, in 2004. Two daughters survive her: Cindy Miller and husband Tim of Beavercreek and Lori Hines and husband Stan of Miami Twp; she is also survived by four grandchildren: Todd Miller, Chad Miller, Kyle Hines and Taylor Hines, as well as two great grandchildren, two sisters: Shirley McGee and Sharon Edmondson, a brother, Robert Anderson, and a sister in law, Dorothy Yost. Several special nieces and nephews and many wonderful friends also survive her. Dottie’s family wishes to thank the staff of Hospice of Dayton for their care and compassion. Friends may call at the Tobias Funeral Home Beavercreek Chapel, 3970 Dayton-Xenia Rd. Beavercreek, OH 45432 on Thursday evening, December 1, 2016 from 6-7 PM. A memorial service will be held at 7 PM with Pastor Fritz Merkes presiding. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of Dayton in Dottie’s memory.
