Dail Robert Carpenter

Dail Robert Carpenter, born Feb. 19th, 1955, passed away at Soin Medical Center on Thursday, June 21st, 2018. Dail attended Wilbur Wright High School in Dayton and was a former employee at Elano Corp. in Dayton. He was preceded in death by his father, Iris Carpenter and his step-sister, Deanna Fouch. He is survived by his mother, Helen Zappe of Dayton, Ohio; sisters, Carolyn Carpenter of Indiana and Joyce McCabe of California; son, Dale Santerelli and daughter, Tonia Boyer, both of Illinois; step-brother, James Carpenter and several nieces and nephews. Dail followed various car races, enjoyed fishing, pool and country music and was a member of VFW in Dayton. Funeral service will take place at 11am on Thurs., June 28th, 2018 at Tobias Funeral Home, 648 Watervliet Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 with burial to immediately follow at Woodland Cemetery in Dayton.
