Clara (nee McKenzie) Rohach, 77 of Beavercreek, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, April 10. Clara was born September 23, 1946 the eldest of 10 children to the late Jesse and Alberta (Flatt) McKenzie. Also preceding her in death are four siblings.
Clara leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband of 38 years Ken Rohach, son Christopher Hager, grandson Kevin Hager. Also surviving are sisters Mary Craft and Linda (Robert) Richards, brothers Thomas, Jesse, Steven McKenzie; nieces Heather (Chris) Hall, great niece Brooklyn Garland, nephew Russel Craft.
Clara loved life. She was the life of any party lighting up the room when she entered. She was genuinely loved by everyone who knew her. She loved her pet cats and dogs, bible studies, enjoyed collecting antiques, reading, gardening, music and classic films. She was a graduate of Fairview High School, Ashland, KY class of 1965 and proudly served her country for 11 years in the US Air Force.
There will be a Celebration of Life, at 7 pm, Thursday, April 25 at the Lazear Funeral Home, 1632 Central Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky, 41101. Clara will be interred in the O'Bryan Cemetery in Russell, KY. Arrangements in Ohio entrusted to Tobias Funeral Home, Beavercreek, Ohio and Lazear Funeral Home in KY.
