Charles C. Whaley “Charlie”, age 65 went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 8, 2019.
Charlie was a faithful member of Fairborn Pentecostal Church for 22 years. Most recently he attended the Lighthouse Baptist Church in Xenia.
Charlie loved life. He loved everyone and everyone loved him. Everything he did from mowing the church lawn to taking out the garbage, to singing from the top of his voice worshiping God, he did it all with all of his might and with his big smile. One of Charlie’s favorite things to do was ring the bell for the Salvation Army. Charlie will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Charlie is now whole and in the presence of his Lord and many loved ones.
Friends may call 6:00PM-8:00PM Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-Beavercreek Chapel; where service will be held 11:00AM Thursday, November 14, 2019. Burial will follow in the Ferncliff Cemetery Springfield, Ohio.
