Ramey, Charles Lamar “Charlie Boy”, age 73 of Dayton, Ohio passed away on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on April 4, 1947 in Dayton, Ohio to Maggie and Jesse Ramey. He was a graduate of Dunbar High School class of 1965. Charles was preceded in death by his son Anthony Ramey, brothers Jesse, Thomas, Leon and Cecil Ramey. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years Barbara Ramey; son Charles Ramey, daughter Debra (Gene) Harris; granddaughters Joyce, Denise, Angel, Brianna Harris and Genesis McDonald, grandsons Gene, Jamal, Dequan Harris and Robert Boston; great- grandson Kenneth Wilson; sister Sue Mathis of Atlanta, Georgia; sisters-in-law Elaine (Aaron) Johnson of Miami, Florida and Rhea Ramey of Dayton; Special cousins Mary Brooks and Agnes Cooper; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
