Othersen, Charles D. (Rick), 58, of Beavercreek, passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. He is preceded in death by his parents Herman and Judy Othersen and brother John Othersen. He is survived by his wife Debbie Othersen; children Jenna Othersen and Wilson Othersen of Cincinnati; step-son Tony Albers of Kettering; sisters Lynn (Warren) Haskell of Chico, CA, Kris (Bob) Harwood of Conyers, GA; numerous nieces, nephews and in-laws. Rick retired from General Motors Delphi Div. after 30 years of employment. He enjoyed playing golf, loved to laugh and always had a joke to tell, He never met a stranger. Family will receive friends at the TOBIAS FUNERAL HOME-FAR HILLS CHAPEL, 5471 Far Hills Ave at Rahn Rd. from 5-8 PM Friday. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Bethel Community Church in Xenia, 1020 Lower Bellbrook Rd. Pastor John Lockwood officiating. Private interment will be at the convenience of the family.
