HAWS, Bill, age 84 of Waynesville passed away Sunday, April 8th, 2018 at Quaker Heights Care Community. Bill was born on May 15th, 1933 in Lawrence County, Ohio to the late Benjamin and Della Belcher Haws. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Barbara Scott Haws to whom he married on May 14th, 1955 at Holy Angels Church in Dayton; children, Mike (Karla)of Kettering, Jim (Denise) of Waynesville, Lisa Lee (Carl) of Indianapolis, IN, and Kathy Griffin (Henry) of SC; 11 grandchildren, Josh, Ben, Amanda, Melissa, Zach, Taylor, Alyssa, Luke, Katelyn, Jake, and Cameron; 7 great grandchildren, a brother, John (Barbara), and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Oakley, Virgil, Kenny, Graydon, Clifford, Lawrence, Fred, and Paul Haws and sisters, Virginia Harbison, and Mabel Lucille Haws. Bill was a graduate of Patterson Co-Op High School and attended Sinclair Community College. He was the owner of Air City Models and Tools and former part owner of A.E.S.I. in Springboro. Bill was a member of the Miamisburg Moose Lodge and loved his family and many friends, dancing, golf, fishing and riding his bike in Key West.
