Alice Schulte

SCHULTE, Alice (Howard) Passed away Saturday August 2, 2014. Born February 24, 1929 in Dayton (Butler Township) OH to Fred Howard and Laura (Meier) Howard. Preceded in death by her husband Herman, parents, sisters Henrietta Foley, Armella Steinke, Jeanette Howard, Clare Higgins, her brother Harry Howard, and daughter-in-law Rhonda. She is survived by her sons, Tom of Jamestown OH, John of Eaton, OH and daughters Darlene (William) Nartker of Troy, OH and Lisa Schulte of Oakwood, OH, seven grandsons Ryan (Rae) Schulte, Chris Schulte, Chad Schulte, Nick (Courtney) Schulte, David Nartker, Andy Schulte and Matthew Nartker, great-grandson Ethan Schulte, sister Pauline Mitchell, a very wonderful friend Marty Woeste and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends. Alice worked in accounting at several companies, General Fixture & Supply, Advanced Fixture & Supply and Patterson Chase Co. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church since 1953. Alice was active in her church and spent many volunteer hours with the Rosary Altar Society and was a member of the Free Spirits. Visitation is Wednesday August 6th from 4 to 8PM at Tobias Funeral Home 648 Watervliet Ave, Dayton, OH. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at Immaculate Conception Church on Thursday August 7th at 10:30AM. Burial at Calvary Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to Immaculate Conception Church Memorial Fund or St. Vincent DePaul Society at Immaculate Conception.
