William Luther Weiss

Passed into the arms of Jesus December 4, 2024. He was born May 27, 1933 to William E. Weiss and Louella Gibbons in Grayling, Michigan. Bill graduated from Grayling High School in 1951, and joined the United States Army Air Defense where he served our country for 20 years. He was a Vietnam Veteran. He was known for his positive attitude and was “Mr. Fixit” for family and neighbors. Bill served unselfishly his family, church, the Washington State Grange and was the Master of Spring Hill Grange. He was a 20 year member of Spokane County SCOPE and the Inland Farmers Credit Union.

Bill is survived by his wife of 64 years, Nancy Weiss, Daughter Sue (Terry) Krupke, and Son Bill Weiss Jr. He is also survived by grandchildren, Keighley, Stephanie, Brian and several nieces and nephews.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents and 1 brother, Clyde.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday January 17, 2024 at the Spring Hill Grange, 8717 N. Brooks Rd., Spokane, WA.

A private family inurnment will take place at Spring Creek Cemetery.
