Lois Elaine Thomas Harris

Was born on August 22, 1926 to Vane and Ethel Thomas in Davenport, WA. She grew up in Davenport and graduated from Davenport High School. She attended nursing school for a short time before marrying John Harris. John and Lois made their home in Spokane, WA and had two children Candace and John. Lois enjoyed hunting and fishing and the outdoor, bowling and gardening. She was a loving wife and mother. Lois passed away on September 7, 2013 in Spokane, WA. She is survived by her daughter Candace (and Allan) Collins of Parma, ID and John Clifton Harris of Las Vegas, NV along with three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband John Harris, parents Vane and Ethel Thomas and brother Orwin and his wife Harriet Thomas. A Graveside service will be held on Friday, September 13, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. View Cemetery, Davenport, WA. Memorials may be made to Ogden Hall, 2828 W. Mallon Ave., Spokane, WA 99201.
