Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023, followed by the funeral service at the Runge Mortuary. He will be laid to rest in Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.com.
Bill was born August 20, 1943 in San Luis Obispo, CA, and later raised in South Gate, MI. He was united in marriage to Madonna Mathias on August 20, 1966, in Wyandotte, MI, until her passing in November, 2005. He retired from Bituminous Casualty Corp. after many years of service and transferring to Rock Island, IL,
for a VP position.
Bill loved to read and “tell jokes”. He also enjoyed traveling and looked forward to his annual trips to Treasure Island, Florida with his family.
Those left to cherish his memory include his sons, Curt (Karen) Noble of Fairhope, AL, and Jon (Laura) Noble of Davenport, IA; brother, Robert (Linda) Noble of Daytona Shores, FL; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and his beloved cat, Frank E.
He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Madonna; and his parents.
