Sharon Cribbs

Sharon Cribbs, 64, of Davenport, Iowa passed away September 30, 2020 at the Genesis East Medical Center. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 1:30 - 2:30pm at Weerts Funeral Home. Memorials in her name may be made to the family.

Sharon was born on February 27, 1956 to Charlie and Carrie Hamilton in Chicago, Illinois. She was united in marriage to Quinn Cribbs on August 16, 1993 in Chicago, Illinois. Together they moved to the Quad Cities. She accepted Christ into her life at a young age at Gateway Faith Apostolic Church. Sharon attended Wilfred Academy and received her license as a hair dresser. She later attended Scott Community College and got her CNA license. Though her greatest job was being a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. A beautiful soul with a heart melting smile that will forever be missed.

She leaves behind her husband of 27 years, Quinn; her children: Denice Hamilton, Carrie Hamilton, Yasheika Cribbs, and Quinn Cribbs Jr; bonus children: Victoria Samuels, Jermaine Samuels, and Kimberly Samuels; grandchildren: Sharica Hamilton, Devonte Hamilton, París Neshaé (Neek Neek), Kenneth Daniels, Kenya Hamilton, Aniyah Cribbs; bonus grandchildren: Dallas Holley and Demetrius Holley; her brother Tommie (Gearllean) Hamilton and her sisters Pamela (Terrance) Valentine, Jacqueline (Sam) Atkins, and brother Otha Hamilton; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Senora, and brothers Edward, Thurman, and Latney.
