A memorial gathering to celebrate the life of Ruth A. Kelley, 62, of Davenport will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on Friday, January 18, 2019 at the Cunnick-Collins Mortuary in Davenport. A private graveside service and burial will follow at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Kelley died on Sunday, January 13, 2019 at the Davenport Lutheran Home following a lengthy battle with MS.
Ruth Ann Ackerman was born on March 21, 1956, the daughter of Chet and Doretta (Hanssen) Ackerman. After her graduation from Assumption High School she married Curtis E. Kelley. She was always proud to be a housewife, homemaker and Mom.
Surviving members of the family include - 2 Sons: Justin Kelley and Sean Kelley both of Davenport and a Granddaughter: Harper.
She was preceded in death by both of her parents, Chet and Doretta.
