Robert P. McCallum, 77, of Davenport, Iowa passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Per his wishes there will be no services. Robert was born on July 13, 1940 in Moline, IL to Donald and Lenora (Cox) McCallum. He was united in marriage to Mary Ann Baker on July 3, 1981in Davenport, IA. He worked in manufacturing for 50 years before finally retiring. Bob loved baseball and had a vast collection of baseball cards. It was a hobby since childhood. He was a kind man and helpful to so many. He was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. He was a hard worker and a proud man. He loved spending his spare time with his family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Mary, Davenport, IA; son, Robert Baker, Davenport, IA; grandchildren: Justine Baker and Paige Baker; great granddaughter, Olivia Baker; and great-grandson, Clayton Rogers; sister, Katherine and Ken Nelson, East Moline, IL; brother, Donald McCallum, Lancaster, MO; and his sister, Carol and Bill Carroll, Quincy, IL.
