I just saw this and I am so sorry. I have known Patty and Jack for many years.  We have had so many stories - joys and frustrations and family events.   Your entire family is in my thoughts and prayers.

I met Patty In the early 1980s at a women’s Bible study. She was a longtime member of Bettendorf Christian Church. I will miss her ready smile and quick wit and many kindnesses shown to me. Her leadership of the Angel Tree ministry has been a blessing to all who participated.

I pray for blessings and peace for her daughter Wendy, grandson Blake and all of your family, Patty is in the arms of Jesus now and her pain and sorrows are no more.

So sorry to hear about Patty. Met her when we worked at the bank a long time ago. She always gave me sage advice about life, of course being a teenager I never took it. But she was spot on. My sympathies go out to all of you.

Patty and I joined the Quad-Cities Computer Society about the same time and enjoyed technology there for over 20 years. She was a loyal member and served in many capacities, Vice President, President, Co-editor of our newsletter, always ready to volunteer for a project or committee. Later she served as our representative with APCUG and traveled to other computer clubs to help them. We traveled to Chicago together one year to attend a Computer Technology Fair. She served on our executive board  also and made many lasting contributions to our organization.  I will miss her.

My sincere condolences to her family on their loss.

I knew Patty through the Quad Cities Computer Society.  She was a true asset to the club, and I always enjoyed talking with her. I had no idea, though, that she had so many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

So sorry to hear this.  Patty will be remembered as one of our  strongest and busiest members of the Quad-Cities Computer Society.     She served as President for several years and worked in many other capacities... Always an involved and knowledgeable member.                                                                                                                                                                           

I am sad to hear this news. I enjoyed working with Patty at the Quad Cities Computer Society.  Many meetings were spent working on the QBits newsletter of which she was the co-editor.  She worked and helped in many capacities in our computer club and was courteous and generous of her time.  My condolences to the family.  Joe Durham

Don't know how I'll ever get my dishes done again....we have always talked and cleaned at the same time.   About 10 or 11 my phone rang and I always knew it would be you...I'll miss that, until I see you again my friend...Always in my heart
