Kathy L. Edwards

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, February 8, 2017 in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will be in the National Cemetery, Rock Island. Memorials may be made to the family.

Kathy was born on December 26, 1958, the daughter of Merlin and Florence Demo. She was united in marriage CB Edwards in 1996 in Rock Island.

Kathy had been employed at NorthPark Mall where she made many friends through the years. Kathy was a very loving, caring, and honest person. She was very giving and always willing to help others in need, especially animals. She enjoyed reading and visiting her family every year in Minnesota.

Those left to honor her memory include her husband, CB Edwards; mother Florence Demo; and siblings Barb (Clyde) Laurent, Dennis Demo, Debbie Meyers, Jerry Demo, and Susan Demo.

She was preceded in death by her father and sister, Judy Demo.
