Per her request, cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of her life will be Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 11 am until 3 pm at Phil and Larry’s Saloon in Davenport. The Runge Mortuary is assisting the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
Judy was born September 25, 1953 in Davenport. She was the daughter of Elmer and Mildred (Steinke) Hallmann. She graduated in 1971 from North Scott High School. Judy worked for several area restaurants. She married David Kisner on June 25, 1988. Most recently Judy worked for over 35 years in the bowling industry retiring in 2017. She loved seeing her numerous friends at the bowling alley when she worked.
She was an avid NASCAR and St. Louis Cardinal fan. In her free time, she enjoyed craftwork, decorating for the holidays and crossword puzzles. She was a member of the Greater Davenport Metro USBC Bowling Association for many years.
Those left to honor her memory include her husband, David, sisters, Barbara Hallmann, Davenport and Joyce (Wayne) Hendricks, Eldridge, niece, Terrie Gordon, nephew Gary (Samantha) Hendricks, sister-in-law, Judy Paris, Monmouth, IL and numerous cousins. Her parents and a brother-in-law, George Paris preceded her in death.
A special thank you to the ladies at Unity Point Hospice for the wonderful care shown to Judy and her family. Your kindness will never be forgotten! Also many thanks to the staff at John F Kennedy School and Our Lady of Victory Church, your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated!
