Elizabeth Bonnie Bach

Davenport, IA Private family services for Elizabeth (Bonnie) Bach, 78, of Davenport, formerly of Dubuque, will be 10:30 am on Saturday, at Cunnick-Collins Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park. Elizabeth passed away and was welcomed to her heavenly home on Wednesday, March 17, 2010. Elizabeth (Bonnie) Fortmann was born on April 9, 1931 in Dubuque, the daughter of Alfred and Rose (Friedman) Fortmann. She married J.F. Tigges on September 17, 1949. She was blessed to find love again and marry Ralph (R.C.) Bach on December 10, 1980. He preceded her in death. Those left to honor her memory are her children; Kay Fain of Las Vegas, Pamela (Steve) Heinz of Dubuque, Judi Jenaman of Davenport and Randy Tigges of Sanger,TX, her grandchildren; Ashley, Jeff (Courtney), Michael, Michelle, Kaila, Abby, Christopher, Melissa, Joshua and David, and her great-grandchildren; Bella Rose, Emily, Nicholas and Madeline. Her brother Gary (Jan) Fortmann of Sequim, WA and her beloved sister Dee Fortmann, and adopted sister; Margaret Oppehlt of Dubuque. She was preceded in death by her son, Todd Tigges, her sister, Vernelle Goedken and her brother Ralph Fortmann. Bonnie resided at Brookside where she formed many loving friendships after years in the jewelry business. Memorials may be made to Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Davenport or the American Heart Association.
