Daniel was born on November 14, 1972 to Sherry Laney and David Cook. He was a laborer throughout his entire life; and wore many hats in the construction industry. Dan was united in love to Kim Miller in 1998 where they had his only daughter Julia. Dan and Kim remained close for the sake of their daughter. Dan later remarried.
Dan loved working with his hands and was very proud of his work. Dan loved teaching Julia to cook, playing the guitar and the alligators at the zoo. Dan enjoyed the White Sox, the Raiders, and Budweiser. If Dan had a carne asada burrito, a Dos Equis and a shot of tequila he was a happy man. Dan’s favorite place to visit was Chicago; which he visited often with his daughter. Dan was a kid at heart, loved to ride the fair rides and made sure he always had his salad! Dan may have had trouble showing it but his love ran deep.
Dan is survived by his Grandma, Phyllis; Mother, Sherry; Daughter, Julia Cook; Brothers, Jeremy and David and many extended family members.
