Connie Lucy Ewers, 68, of Davenport, passed away on January 29, 2024. Funeral services will take place Monday, February 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm, with visitation one hour before at Weerts Funeral Home in Davenport. Connie was born on September 4, 1955 in Davenport, Iowa to Herman and Virginia (Sparrow) Alcala. Connie graduated from Central High School and was united in marriage to Dennis Ewers on October of 1978. She worked for Franks Foundry for several years and was a homemaker for most of her adult life. Connie enjoyed fishing and camping with her family and spending time with her twin sister.
Connie is survived by her children Lynn Deal and Brian Ewers; grandchildren Addie and Dawson; siblings Mark, Louis, Selene (Cindy), Judy, George and Linda; and also several other cousins.
Connie is preceded in death by her parents, her twin sister Bonnie Menes and several siblings.
