Carol A. Stevens, 75 of Eldridge, IA passed away peacefully at home on May 30, 2024. No services are planned at this time. Per Carol’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded. Online condolences may be left at www.rungemortuary.com.
Carol was born on November 27, 1948 in Martinsville, IN to Patrick and Polly Willhoite. Carol graduated from West High School in Davenport, IA. Carol worked at Geifmann Foods for four years and later in life worked as a CNA in at the nursing home in DeWitt, IA.
Carol enjoyed, crochet, knitting, learning all about Ireland and loved music. She played the guitar and wrote her own music throughout her lifetime.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Wesley George (Jennifer) and Daniel Twigg. Carol also has three grandchildren which she loved dearly, Katelyn George, Adria Twigg and Brody Twigg.
Carol was preceded in death by her mother, Polly and her father Patrick, her sister, Mary and her brother, Michael.
