Beverly Ann Bland

Beverly Ann Bland, 84, of Davenport, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Genesis East Medical Center. Per her request, cremation rites will be accorded. There will be no services at this time. Online condolences may be left at rungemortuary.com.

Beverly was born October 27, 1939 in Windsor, WI. She was the daughter of Wendall C. and Betty (Dolly) White. She worked close to ten years for OscarMayer/Kraft before retiring. In earlier years, she was an avid bowler and bowled on several area leagues. She enjoyed watching soap operas, playing cards, especially Canasta and always looked forward to her Wednesday morning breakfast with the gang at Hickory Gardens Restaurant. Beverly never knew a stranger and just loved being around others. She enjoyed listening to music, especially The Lettermen, having gone to several of their concerts over the years.

Those left to honor her memory include her children: Cindy (Ron) Spiker, Danny (Elaine) Martens and Richard Martens, all of Davenport, Connie Rock, Pleasant Valley, IA, Tina Ricks, Tampa, FL and Terry Bland, Davenport; grandchildren: Heather, Amanda, Shaun, Cory, Travis, Kayla, Brandon, Andrea, Danielle and Kari and Holly Spiker and eight great grandchildren. Her parents and a brother, Richard White preceded her in death.
