Amy E. Thompson

Amy Thompson, 51, of Davenport, passed away Monday, April 8, 2013 at home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at 11:30 am in the Runge Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 am until the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in the National Cemetery, Rock Island, IL. Memorials can be made to the family. Amy was born August 4, 1961 in Davenport, the daughter of Norris and Anna (Daily) Thompson. She graduated from Davenport Central High School in 1979. Amy was a cashier at the Isle of Capri.

She was a loving companion to her mother.

Amy is survived by her mother, Anna Thompson, sister, Eileen Meister and brother-in-law, Ray Meister; nieces, Katherine (Jacob) Kelley; Sarah (William) Cann; great nephews, Ryan and Weston Cann and loving aunts, uncles and cousins, too numerous to name.
