Alexander R. Johnson (AJ) 20 of Moline, IL passed away Friday, April 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 10AM on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Legacy Baptist Church, Davenport, IA. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8pm Monday April 8, 2013 at the Runge Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the family. Alexander was born on March 10, 1993 in Davenport IA the son of Flora Leanne Johnson Randleman (Duane) Bettendorf and Kent Johnson, Moline. He graduated from Moline High School in 2012. He played football for Moline and Geneseo Schools.
He enjoyed spending time with his siblings and cousins, and fishing with his uncle. He also enjoyed snowboarding and being outdoors.
Those left to honor his memory are his parents, Flora Leanne Randleman and Kent Johnson. His brothers and sister Jakob Johnson, Nikolas Johnson, and Lilly Schwab, Step-brothers Branden and Jonathan Randleman, his grandparents, Paul and Elaine Stewart of Muscatine, Connie Johnson, of Fort Dodge Iowa and Dave and Joni Johnson, Dayton, Iowa.
