Was very saddened to hear about Mr Craig (Ray).Having known him from a young age I always addressed him as Mr Craig. He always had a warm smile and encouraging words no matter the situation.  And that is the way I remember him when we last met.

Dave, Lisa and family, Debbie and I are so sorry to hear of the passing of Dave's father. From the reading the obituary its not hard to see how Dave became to be. We all thought so highly of our nephew/cousin Ray. He would always have that great smile and twinkle in his eye when we were together. He loved his family fiercely and that reached to all his extended relatives. It was a gift to have visited with him over the past few years and spend time catching up. He was so generous with his time giving us tours of important venues from the past where we lived together. He will be missed. 'He was a dear child and nephew' - Aunt Mary .. 'and a great cousin'.  - Doug, Don and Deb Hyde and families.

It was always a treat to see Dave pull up outside the Midtown with your dad, that big smile on his face and the fun would start . So sorry to hear of Ray's passing.  I haven't seen him for many years.  I lived next door to Alcide and Sabine Rose and recount the annual visits of family to the homestead in Louisdale.  They were wonderful people.  Ray was always so friendly.  His obituary was a fitting tribute.  Thoughts and prayers as you remember your dad.
