Luc Alexandre Maxwell LeBlanc passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, November 21, 2022. Born June 12, 2011 in Halifax, Nova Scotia to Samantha Monaghan and Richard LeBlanc.
Luc loved listening to music, being cuddled watching movies and having light shows on his ceilings.
Luc loved being outdoors, going for walks, and having bonfires on the beach. He loved being serenaded by his Dad playing guitar. Luc loved parades and playing with his three dogs; Marley, Jack and Vinny. He also loved playing with his pet Bearded Dragon, Toney.
Luc also enjoyed his massages and his hot baths with Momma.
Some things that Luc did not particularly like; rain on his face, his car seat and too many carrot smoothies (his nose would turn orange).
Luc is survived by his parents Samantha Monaghan and Richard LeBlanc, his sister Destiny Monahan and his brother Maxwell Monaghan.
He is also survived by his step siblings Josée LeBlanc and Alex LeBlanc.
Luc was an amazing little boy who surpassed all odds. He was loved by many and will be remembered by many. He may have not been able to communicate verbally, but he had his own way of making the most amazing connections with his loved ones. Everyone who met him fell in love and were in awe of just how much of an incredible, strong, smart and handsome little boy he was. His family will continue to live on with him in their hearts and knowing he is watching down on them.
The family will be having an intimate service with close family and friends at A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home.
The family would like to invite those who wish to attend the service to do so via the Livestream link below. The Livestream will begin at 1:00 pm on Saturday, December 3rd. The Livestream link will also be available via Facebook.
There is a Celebration of Life in Martinique Beach on Saturday, December 3rd at 3:00 pm at 60 Martinique Beach Rd, Musquodoboit Harbour, NS.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer stuffed animals or donations made to the family directly through the link below.
There Is A Special Angel
There is a special Angel in Heaven that is part of me.
It is not where I wanted him but where God wanted him to be.
He was here but just a moment like a nighttime shooting star.
And though he is in Heaven he isn't very far.
He touched the heart of many like only an Angel can do.
So I send this special message to the Heaven up above.
Please take care of my Angel and send him all my love.
