Kevin was born to parents Carol (Coleman) LeBlanc and Alfred Joseph Doucet on August 21st, 1957, in Moncton, NB. He grew up the eldest of 4 children; brothers Marc and Peter, and sister Leanne.
Kevin was married to Martine (Hyde) Doucet at age 25. Soon after having children; Nathan, Simone, and Luke.
Self professed “record nerd,” lover of music, and drummer for the majority of his life, Kevin was the most personable person one could imagine. Witty, a wonderful story-teller, with a perpetual humour where you, “Can’t turn off the funny.” He loved fires in the backyard with friends and family, jamming with his friends, talking about records, and reading with his dear grandson, Forrest. A fashion icon, recently he’d been spending his time travelling with Martine, delving into new and interesting foods, along with riding his Vespa all over town.
Kevin’s love for his children and immense love and respect for his wife, made him the perfect Father and Husband. He loved bringing people together. Whether it be around a fire or in discussion over music, Kevin loved to share and he encouraged discovery.
He loved you all. Peace out.
In lieu of flowers, you can make donations to Hope for Wildlife fund [email protected] to continue his love an appreciation of animals.
