John Edward McDonald, age 79, of Dartmouth passed away on April 20th 2024 at Dartmouth General.
Born in Halifax, He was the son of David and Edna (Burkey) McDonald. He was a carpenter by trade and furniture repair man for Leons and Glubes.
Surviving are his wife Valerie and son Jonathan, Brother Jimmy (Chippy), sister in-law Sharon and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by sister Linda (Andre) Van Ras and his brothers David, Ken (Sandra), and Larry.
