It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jane. She passed away peacefully in her sleep at age 59 on Wednesday, November 1 at Ocean View Continuing Care Centre in Eastern Passage. She was born on July 29, 1958 in North York, Ontario to Merrill "Bud" and Dorothy (Milton) Denton. Jane will be deeply missed by her daughter Kate, Dartmouth, sister Amy (Barry), Dartmouth, mother Dorothy, Eastern Passage, and her friends and family in Nova Scotia and Ontario. She was predeceased by her beloved father, Bud. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at Ocean View for their compassion and care over the last 10 years. Donations may be made in her memory to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada or to the Ocean View Continuing Care Centre.
