The family of the late Helen Elizabeth Osborne are saddened to announce her passing on November 9, 2023 at Parkland At The Lakes, Dartmouth.
Helen was born September 5, 1930, the daughter of the late Helen ( Conrad) and Percy Osborne, Cow Bay. She lived her entire life in Cow Bay, was a life long supporter of Christ Church and was involved with ACW for many years.
She was a fun loving person who loved travel and was always on the go. Helen worked for Chrysler Credit for over 30 years and had many friends and acquaintances both at work and in the community of Cow Bay. Helen enjoyed bowling, curling & volunteering for the Dartmouth General Hospital. She was close to her family especially the Bembridge nephews and spent many vacations with them.
Helen was predeceased by her parents, sisters Margaret McKillop, Evelyn Pepler, and brother Murray Osborne, sister’s in law Gwen Osborne, Iris Osborne, brother’s in law Fred Colbert, Elroy McKillop, Murdock McRae, Ian Pepler and Michael Bembridge.
Survived by brother Frank Osborne (Judy Camp), sisters Rita Colbert and Marion Bembridge, many nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place under the care of A.L. Mattatall Funeral Home , Dartmouth. Funeral service will be held at Christ Church, Cow Bay at 1:00 pm on Friday , November 17, 2023 followed by a reception at the Royal Canadian Legion, Eastern Passage Branch, 134 Main Road, Eastern Passage.
Memorial donations may be made to Dartmouth General Hospital or Christ Church, Cow Bay.
