Eisener, Foster Baker – 89, of Dartmouth passed away March 01 2013 at the Admiral. Born on April 25, 1923 , he was the son of Charles and Freda (Baker) Eisener. He was a charter member of Stevens Road United Baptist Church where he served as trustee, scout leader and deacon. Foster spent time in his early days as a bus driver, carpenter, dairy farmer, contractor (having built over a dozen houses), Rusco salesman, and a Mutual Life agent. He made many fine pieces of furniture and carved animals. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing and his vegetable garden. He was a devoted family man. He is survived by sister Marion Eisener of Dartmouth, sons Norman(Elaine) Moncton, Donald (Wanda) Dartmouth, grandchildren Jerry(Tracy) Eisener of Moncton, Lisa Droulliard, Moncton, Charlie (Courtney) Eisener of Enfield, David and Eric Eisener Dartmouth, great grandchildren Courtney and Kyle Droulliard, Leah and Patrick Eisener, Moncton Jamie Eisener ,Enfield and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife Dorothy (Dillman), brothers Norman and Ralph and sister Shirley (Ross). There will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held Thursday March 7, 2:00pm at Stevens Road United Baptist Church , 2 Stevens Rd. Dartmouth with Rev. Shirley DeMerchant officiating. Internment to be at a later date.
