Age 89, of Dartmouth, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2020 in the Dartmouth General Hospital. Born in Belleoram, NFLD, he was the only child of Aaron and Gertrude Kearley. Survived by his wife of 65 years, Madeline (Colford); cousins, Shirley Swan and her children Anne-Marie and Daniel Fitzgibbons, Wayne Collins and Catherine O’Brien and their families; special friends, Harriet and the late John Harrison and their family. He was a longtime member of the Shrine and Wentworth Lodge 108. He worked most of his life at Imperial Oil and enjoyed many hours as a hobby as a ham radio operator. He loved to travel around the world with Madeline and they enjoyed the cuisine and comraderee of the Palladium, Brass Rail and Fong’s. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Special thanks to the staff of Lewis Hall and the Dartmouth General Hospital for their care and compassion.
