Dillon Blair Jewett

Jewett, Dillon Blair – 18 of Dartmouth, passed away October 3, 2010 in Halifax Co., Born in Halifax. Dillon took pride in his work as a labourer. He was very proud of his role as a big brother, he gave with all his heart, and was loved by everyone whose life he touched. He is survived by his parents Darrell and Laureena Myers-Laffin, father Jeffrey Jewett, maternal grandmother Anetha Dunn, paternal grandparents Gordon and Susan (Clarke) Jewett, Nanny and Grampy Myers, Aunts Connie (Stanley) Nunn, Deanne Dunn, Uncles Martin and Steven Laffin, brother Dawson Myers and step brother Michael Inglis, many cousins including Malory and Brandon. He was predeceased by grandfather Martin A. Laffin. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 6-8 PM today with a Memorial service to be held 2PM Saturday October 9, 2010 all in A. L. Mattatall Funeral Home 217 Portland Street. Interment will take place at a later date in Bras d’or CB, NS. No flowers by request, Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
