Fraser Family. Heartfelt condolences on the passing of Sandy. I have many warm childhood memories of Sandy. In my life there has been many close brushes with your family, some I didn't realize until it was too late to have taken advantage of them. I was in school as a teen with Brian Horne who's sister Louise married into your clan. As a young man I bowled a fair bit and did some with Jim Farmer, totally unaware that he was Chris' Brother !  I was slightly older when Sandy became a customer of the printing company I worked for; he and I had several chats over a few years. Sandy was a very compassionate and understanding man in regards to my families disintegration and I will always hold him in high esteem.

Dear Chris and family.  I was sorry to hear of the recent passing of Sandy.  Unfortunately I will be out of town and will not be able to attend the service.   It was a pleasure to work with him for thirteen years.  He will be greatly missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Uncle Sandy's passing and I know the last few months (perhaps even years) had been hard on him but know all too well the sadness one feels.  My deepest condolences , wishing I could have been able to arrange to be there Saturday but am unable to attend.  Hoping perhaps we may share a "family" celebration similar to one done for Aunt Alice..    Uncle Sandy was like an older big brother to me,  always checking on how I was doing and I will miss his words of wisdom and true down to earth feelings of what life and living is all about.    His laugh and twinkle I will always hold dear.
