Lynn Ann McKay

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of Lorraine (Perry) Braley and the late Milton Braley, she was a lifelong resident of New Bedford. Lynn was a graduate of New Bedford High School, Class of 1978. She was employed as a cashier for Stop & Shop retiring in 2006.

Lynn loved her family, especially her grandson Parker. She especially enjoyed her alone time .She enjoyed

playing card and Bingo and was an avid Celtics fan.

In addition to her mother Lorraine, she is survived by her three children, Randy McKay and his wife Paula of New Bedford, Kristie-Lynn McKay and her fiancé Joseph Zekus of Acushnet and Ryan McKay of New Bedford; two sister, Julie Braley and Patricia Buzzell and her husband Gordon both of New Bedford; a grandson, Parker Zekus of Acushnet; three step-grandchildren, Kameron Branco of New Bedford, Brenna and Aaron Zekus of Acushnet; two nephews, Jason Vaughan of Fall River and Tyler Buzzell of New Bedford; a great-nephew and great-niece, Adrien Buzzell and Arianna Vaughan of New Bedford. She was the sister of the late Steven Braley.

Lynn Ann’s funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at 10:00AM in the WARING-SULLIVAN HOME at DARTMOUTH, 230 Russells Mills Rd, S. Dartmouth, MA 02748.
