Tom was born in Danbury, son of the late Angelo and Josephine (Cassini) Berloni. He was a 1944 graduate of Bethel High School and had worked for more than 50 years as a liquor salesman for the Brescome-Barton Company. He had served in the Pacific Theatre with the US Navy during WWII and was a member of the Danbury VFW, Catholic War Veterans, Amerigo Vespucci Lodge and the Lebanon American Club.
He is survived by his son Thomas J. Berloni, Jr. and wife Dr. Catherine Iacuzzi, his son Robert Berloni, his daughter Robin Voitle, granddaughters Alexis and Nick Voitle, his sisters Nancy Pinto and Elizabeth Kieras, several nieces and nephews and three grand dogs.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Joseph Church, Danbury, on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery. Friends may call at Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
