Sharon L. Delsin

Born in Rochester, NH, Sharon was the daughter of the late Clair and Maxine Daudeline Moore. Sharon moved to Danbury as a child attending Danbury Schools and graduating from Danbury High School. She was a long time parishioner of St. Joseph's church, where she enjoyed many years singing in the choir.

Sharon was also the dedicated owner of the Continental Beauty Salon on Main St. in Danbury, spending many cherished years with friends, family and her loving dog Noel. She was also a long standing member of the Ridgewood Country Club.

Besides her husband of 52 years, Sharon is survived by her sons: Peter Delsin of Danbury and Rod Delsin, his wife, Melinda, and 3 grandchildren, Lindsay, Courtney and Jessica all from Cumming, GA.

Sharon was pre-deceased by her brother David Moore.

As a loving wife, mother and grandmother, nothing meant more to her than spending time with family and her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10am at St. Joseph Church, Danbury. Burial will follow in Wooster Cemetery, Danbury.

Friends will be received on Wednesday from 4pm to 6pm at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury.
