Michael Robert Stevens, age 35 of New Fairfield, died on July 10th at his home. He was the son of Michael T. Stevens and his wife Nancy of Brookfield, and Gale (Meehan) (Stevens) Lemoine and her husband Joseph, of Southwick, MA , and father of Michael Stevens and his mother Joy Costa Rossetti.
Michael was born in Danbury, June 14, 1986, and was a lifelong resident of New Fairfield. He was a graduate of local schools, and worked as a Theatrical Contractor at Showmotion Inc., Milford, CT.
In addition to his parents and his son, Michael is survived by his paternal grandmother Ruth Stevens, his brother Abraham Stevens, his sisters Amy Brunner and her husband Michael Brunner, and Sarah Lena and her husband Kurtis Lena , his nieces Grace-Marie Ruth Mohamed and her husband Muaiyad Mohamed, Glory Fusco, Jordan and Mercy Brunner, Nora and Adelinea Lena, his nephews Aden and Leo Lena. Michael will be fondly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury on Thursday July 15th from 4:00pm to 8:00pm.
A prayer service will take place in the funeral home at 7:00pm
